Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
Add the eggs, egg whites and cottage cheese to a large casserole dish and whisk until combined.
Stir through the baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion and garlic.
Crumble the feta throughout the dish.
Place the salmon fillets on top.
Season with dill, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Bake for 40-60 minutes or until the salmon and eggs are cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and finish with fresh lemon juice.
Divide into 4 serves and enjoy.
