Preheat your oven to 350° F 180° C.
Place your seeds and nuts into a bowl.
Pour over your tahini and maple syrup.
Mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread and flatten out mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes making sure it doesn't burn.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave in incrementing 25 seconds each. About 3 times.
Pour chocolate over baked seed/nut and smooth out.
Top with flaky salt.
Freeze to harden and cut into chunks.
