Combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp tsuyu, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp chili crisp, ½ Tbsp toasted sesame oil, and ¼ cup water in a microwave-safe bowl for the hot pot seasoning
Microwave the seasoning mixture until hot
Prepare dipping sauce by mixing 3 Tbsp tahini, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp chili crisp, and ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Top dipping sauce with lots of sesame seeds
Add your choice of ingredients to the hot pot broth
Dip cooked ingredients in the tahini dipping sauce and enjoy
