Make 4 cups of basmati rice
Remove the skin from the chicken quarters

Season the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, garam masala, cayenne, and olive oil. Massage well
Air fry at 390°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or oven bake at 390°F for 25 minutes until cooked through
In a large skillet, melt butter on low heat and add ginger-garlic paste, paprika, and cilantro. Stir carefully to avoid burning
Add chicken broth and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add heavy whipping cream and cook for 1 minute
Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and let it soak in until the sauce thickens
Remove from heat and serve over basmati rice
