Marinate chicken thighs with some spices, avocado oil spray and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Blend spinach, green chilies and a bit of water.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, diced onions, ginger paste and minced garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
Add more spices and a bit of water to bring it all together.
Add the blended spinach, mix, and add garam masala, yogurt, salt and water to adjust the consistency.
Chop the cooked chicken and add it to the gravy.
