Pumpkin Whipped Feta
  1. In a food processor blend together the feta and greek yogurt until smooth.

  2. Add in the pumpkin, honey, thyme, salt and pepper and blend until everything is smooth and creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.

  3. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create a swirl on top for added texture.

  4. Drizzle with a little extra honey, and sprinkle fresh chopped rosemary and chopped walnuts or pecans over the top.

  5. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
