Cinnamon Roll Pound Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.

  2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to a bowl. Whisk together and set aside.

  3. Add butter and white sugar to a bowl or stand mixer. Cream together for 1-3 minutes until smooth.

  4. Add vanilla extract and buttermilk. Mix until combined. While mixing, slowly add in your eggs.

  5. Sift in your flour (optional). Combine your wet and dry ingredients by mixing until combined.

  6. In another bowl add melted butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to make your cinnamon swirl.

  7. Spray your pan with nonstick baking spray. I like to sprinkle a little but of flour to the bottom of my pan.

  8. Add ½ of the batter to your bundt pan. Then ½ of your cinnamon swirl mixture. Swirl with a knife or toothpick. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon swirl mixture.

  9. Bake at 325F for 70-85 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.

  10. Let cool in pan for 10-12 minutes. Then transfer to a cake dish to let fully cool.

  11. Your cream cheese glaze is just cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.

  12. Once your cake is cool, drizzle on top .. cut and enjoy 🤎
