Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect dog-friendly cake (2 minutes)
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the banana until smooth and creamy (2 minutes)
Mix in peanut butter and egg with the mashed banana until well combined (3 minutes)
Gradually incorporate oat flour and baking powder until you achieve a uniform batter (3 minutes)
Transfer the batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan
Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean (20-25 minutes)
