Dijon Chicken Thighs | Johenning Family
  1. Thoroughly coat all sides of chicken thighs with olive oil, salt & pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet. If using bones & skinless thighs, pack together tightly in a baking dish.

  2. Mix thyme & mustard. Thoroughly cover the tops in the mixture. Then liberally apply the breadcrumbs.

  3. Bake at 350 until thighs register 165 degrees.
