High Protein Cheesy Chicken Parm Rolls
  1. Start by grabbing your chicken breast, then beat your meat to flatten it and add the seasonings listed in the caption below.

  2. Dip each piece in flour, then egg, then Italian breadcrumbs.

  3. Spray with light cooking oil and air fry until crispy.

  4. Then dice it and set it aside.

  5. Grab a warm tortilla, add some marinara, blended cottage cheese, light mozzarella cheese, a portion of the crispy chicken, basil and Parmesan cheese, then roll it.

  6. Repeat for the other 9 rolls.

  7. Spray them with some cooking oil, add some more Parmesan and parsley on top.
