Hot Pockets
  1. Flatten 4 oz ground chicken into a circle on plastic wrap.

  2. Add 1 tosp pesto, 1 slices of mozzarella (split into half), ¼ cup chopped spinach ¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes.

  3. Fold it over and seal the edges. Coat with egg wash and parmesan.

  4. Air fry @ 425F for 10 minutes on each side.
