Into a blender add the following ingredients: ¼ Asian Pear, ½ Onion, 2 Cloves of Garlic, ¼ Cup Soy Sauce, 10ml Sesame Oil, 10ml Honey, 2 Tbsp Stevia, 2 Tsp Black pepper, 2 Tsp Salt and blend.
Into a large bowl, combine the beef and marinade. Mix well and let the mixture marinade for a minimum of 30min and up to 24hours (Longer the better).
Into a container add the following ingredients: 1 Cucumber sliced, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic powder, 1 Tsp Brown Stevia, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Salt and Pepper.
Close and shake until even coated.
On a medium high heat, spray your pan with cooking spray and place the meat. Spread out evenly and place ½ onion sliced on top.
Stir occasionally, separating any visible clumps. Take off the heat when the beef is finished cooking and the liquid has turned into a crystallized glaze (thickened).
Separate into 3 equal portions, serve on 125g of white rice, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and enjoy!
