Preheat oven to 400F
Prepare a large baking sheet greased with avocado oil
In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking powder and soda, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and greek yogurt
Fold the egg mixture, bacon, green onions and 1 cup of cheddar into the dry ingredients until well combined and mixture begins to thicken
Using a cookie scoop, scoop 8 balls of dough and transfer to the baking sheet
Gently press down each ball to form a biscuit and top with remaining cheddar
Bake for 9-11 minutes until the biscuits are baked through and lightly browned all over
Serve with butter or cottage cheese and avocado
