Bacon Cheddar High Protein Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Prepare a large baking sheet greased with avocado oil

  3. In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking powder and soda, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper

  4. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and greek yogurt

  5. Fold the egg mixture, bacon, green onions and 1 cup of cheddar into the dry ingredients until well combined and mixture begins to thicken

  6. Using a cookie scoop, scoop 8 balls of dough and transfer to the baking sheet

  7. Gently press down each ball to form a biscuit and top with remaining cheddar

  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the biscuits are baked through and lightly browned all over

  9. Serve with butter or cottage cheese and avocado
