Grate the onion and mix it with the other ingredients
Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are combined
Optionally, wrap and refrigerate overnight for better flavor
Divide the doner dough into 4 pieces
Roll out each piece thinly on oiled parchment paper
Shape into rolls
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
If excess liquid accumulates, drain it after baking
Serve with rice, as Iskender kebab, or in a wrap
