Cheesy Smoked Sausage Rice Skillet
  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt.

  2. Add sausage slices and brown for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Remove seasoning packets from Rice-A-Roni. Toast rice in skillet for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Stir in 5 cups water and seasoning packets. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Steam broccoli until tender, chop into bite-sized pieces.

  6. Add sausage, broccoli, and shredded cheddar to skillet. Stir to combine until cheese is melted.
