Bang Bang Chicken Salad
  1. Place all bang bang sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined

  2. Loosen the sauce with a little water if needed

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired

  4. Shred the rotisserie chicken with your hands

  5. Optionally use a rolling pin to tenderise the chicken

  6. Prep the vegetables and place into a mixing bowl along with the chicken and a little bang bang sauce and homemade chilli oil

  7. Toss well and transfer to a serving platter

  8. Top with extra bang bang sauce and garnish with peanuts, sesame seeds and spring onion
