Sugar Cookie Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a high powered blender or food processor, combine all of the base ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into a greased 10-oz oven safe dish, top with sprinkles and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.

  4. Once oats are baked, remove from oven carefully and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup for your topping.

  6. Optional- Top with yogurt mixture and sprinkle with all the sprinkles your heart desires.
