4 Ingredient Protein Chocolate Reese’s
  1. Mix the powdered peanut butter, protein powder and all of the applesauce.

  2. Check the consistency while mixing. For a thicker, fudgier peanut butter filling, add extra powdered peanut butter (¼ Cup). For a creamier texture, use as is.

  3. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to allow the dough to stiffen.

  4. Divide the dough into pieces and roll into balls (keep your hands slightly wet to avoid sticking).

  5. Once shaped, let the peanut butter balls cool in the fridge or freezer until firm enough to coat in chocolate.

  6. While the peanut butter balls cool in the fridge, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 20 second bursts until melted, stirring in between.

  7. Coat the balls in melted chocolate.

  8. Store these in the fridge or freezer!
