Pulled Pork Shoulder (Crock Pot)
  1. Place onion in the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the pork

  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the meat and onions

  3. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 6-8 hours

  4. When ready, the pork will easily shred with a fork. Adjust cooking time as necessary.

  5. If there any any juices left, reserve them for use a the cooking liquid for dried beans, rice, or as part of a soup. Don't let those flavorful, collagen-rich juices go to waste.
