No Bake Blueberry Oat Bars (5 Ingredients)
  1. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add in your blueberries, water and simmer for 7 minutes. Gently smash half of the blueberries.

  3. In a large bowl, add in peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, oats, oat flour and mix together until combined. Transfer ⅔ the oat mixture to the loaf pan and spread out evenly. Next add on the blueberry mixture on top and spread out evenly - leaving a slight border. Then add the remaining oat mixture on top and spread out evenly. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
