Mexican Street Corn White Chicken Chili
  1. Prepare your smoker to 250 degrees.

  2. In a heavy dutch oven add all your ingredients one at a time, stirring after each ingredient is added.

  3. Simmer the Mexican Street Corn White Chicken Chili for 15 - 20 minutes.

  4. Place the dutch oven in the smoker. Stir every 45 minutes to an hour. Smoke as long as you like but we recommend 4 - 8 hours.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
