  1. Mix flour and seasonings in a bowl

  2. Add Greek yoghurt and mix until a dough forms

  3. Add a little water or flour if needed to get the right consistency

  4. Roll dough out on a floured surface

  5. Line edges with cheese and fold over to make the stuffed crust

  6. Add toppings

  7. Bake on a greaseproof-lined tray at 180°C (fan) for 20-30 minutes until cooked through
