Mix flour and seasonings in a bowl
Add Greek yoghurt and mix until a dough forms
Add a little water or flour if needed to get the right consistency
Roll dough out on a floured surface
Line edges with cheese and fold over to make the stuffed crust
Add toppings
Bake on a greaseproof-lined tray at 180°C (fan) for 20-30 minutes until cooked through
