Chili Crisp Orange Chicken Stealth Health Slow Cooker Meal Prep Series
  1. Add boneless, skinless chicken thighs to your slow cooker along with orange juice, soy sauce, mirin, and little bit of chili crisp.

  2. Add some seasonings of choice, give that a mix and let it cook based off the instructions shown on screen.

  3. Use a ladle to scoop out all those render juices that are now infused with orange juice and chili flavors and transfer to a pan.

  4. Bring that up to a boil to let it thicken slightly.

  5. Add orange marmalade, more chili crisp, some rice vinegar, and a little bit of ginger. Give it a mix and bring it up to a simmer.

  6. Toss in the cornstarch slurry and mix that around till it's thickened and looks just like this.

  7. Shred your chicken, pour over your orange sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve us some rice.
