Banana Oatmeal Muffins
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with liners.

  2. Whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars until combined. Whisk in the oil and vanilla extract until combined. Whisk in the mashed bananas.

  4. Stir in the dry ingredients with a spoon until just combined - do not overmix. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. Fill the muffin tins about ¾ of the way full. Bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until set in the center. Let cool before serving!
