Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and create a well in the middle of your dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients that have been stirred together. Stir until just combined.
Use parchment baking cups and line a muffin pan and drop by spoonfuls to fill. Bake 15 minutes or until muffin tops start to turn golden brown.
Store the 12 muffins in a container in the fridge until ready to eat.
