In a crockpot add:
26 oz bag of frozen shredded hash browns
16 oz of sour cream
1 packet onion soup mix
½ stick butter melted
2 cups shredded cheese (I used Colby Jack)
1 pound COOKED ground beef
Season with pepper and garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix well then top with French fried onions (or wait closer to the end of cooking time and throw them in if you’d like them crunchy!)
Cook on high 2-3 hours low 4-5 hours
