Italian Impossible Pie
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9-inch pie dish, then set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, add onion and green pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and sausage, breaking sausage into small pieces and cooking until fully browned. Drain off excess grease, then gently mix in the cheese.

  3. Spoon the sausage mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread into an even layer.

  4. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, bisquick, and seasonings.

  5. Pour milk mixture over the pie dish.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden. Serve warm.
