Deep Fried Savory Bat Wings
  1. Fill a shallow pan with slightly warm water and add enough black dye to turn the water dark.

  2. Drop uncooked spaghetti into the black water and allow to soften.

  3. Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil.

  4. Soak one spring roll wrapper in the water until soft.

  5. Mix cream cheese with black dye to darken it.

  6. Use a sandwich bag as a piping bag to fill with cream cheese mixture.

  7. Remove the softened wrapper, blot excess water, and cut into triangles to create wings.

  8. Pipe cream cheese onto one side of the wing and place softened spaghetti to simulate bones.

  9. Fold the wing and press to seal.

  10. Carefully drop wings into hot oil and fry for about a minute on each side.

  11. Remove and drain on a paper towel or rack.

  12. Serve and enjoy!
