Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each one slightly to create space for the filling. Place a slice or two of roast beef and a sprinkle of cheese onto one half of each biscuit. Fold the other half of the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
