Stealth Health Slow Cooker French Onion Pasta
  1. Season chicken thighs with Worcestershire, minced garlic, dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme

  2. Add 100ml beef bone broth and rosemary sprig to slow cooker with seasoned chicken

  3. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-5 hours

  4. While chicken cooks, prepare caramelized onions by dicing 4 yellow onions and cooking with 2 tablespoons butter until caramelized

  5. Add 32oz beef bone broth, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tsp Dijon, and optional rosemary and thyme to caramelized onions

  6. Blend 800g cottage cheese, 200g Gruyère, 75g parmigiano reggiano, and 380ml milk together

  7. Mix cheese sauce with approximately ¾ of the caramelized onions

  8. Cook 672g rigatoni to 50% doneness

  9. Add cooked pasta and approximately 1 cup pasta water to slow cooker with chicken

  10. Stir in cheese and caramelized onion sauce

  11. Garnish with chopped chives and remaining ¼ of caramelized onions

  12. Serve and enjoy
