Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  2. Add the flour and cook until lightly golden, 1-2 minutes.

  3. Slowly whisk in the half and half and chicken stock. Simmer, until thickened, 1-2 minutes.

  4. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
