Trim & pound chicken breast to even thickness, then marinate for 30 min or freeze then thaw, then grill.
Heat the grill to medium (450 degrees F).
It usually takes 4 minutes on one side, then 4 minutes on the other.
Use a meat thermometer to cook it exactly to 165 degrees.
If you choose to bake the chicken, make sure to use a non-stick pan or bake on aluminum foil because the honey marinades will stick/burn to the pan a bit.
