  1. Start by placing the four baby carrots into a blender.

  6. Pour in a quarter cup of rice vinegar, which is equivalent to four tablespoons.

  7. Add a quarter cup of water, also four tablespoons.

  8. Include two tablespoons of minced ginger, or about two inches of fresh ginger.

  9. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce.

  10. Incorporate a tablespoon of ketchup, or use tomato paste for a healthier option.

  11. Stir in two teaspoons of sugar.

  12. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt.

  13. If desired, include a quarter teaspoon of white pepper.

  14. For extra flavor, add half a teaspoon of MSG.

  15. Finish with two teaspoons of lemon juice.

  16. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.

  17. Label your container as 'ginger salad dressing'.

  18. Finally, drizzle the dressing over a bag of salad.
