High Protein Crispy Chicken Snack Balls
  1. Add all ingredients, except the sweet chilli sauce and olive oil to a large mixing bowl

  2. Mix thoroughly with hands until smooth, then form 8 evenly sized balls

  3. Add olive oil to base of your air fryer, then add the balls ensuring they are coated in the olive oil

  4. Air fry for 20 mins at 200 degrees C, shaking halfway to ensure all sides of the balls are crispy

  5. Serve with sweet chilli sauce
