These pancakes use tiny balls of cookie dough to boost the decadence. I like to make this recipe to use up the leftover crumbles in the bag when I make my chocolate chip cookie recipe, you can use any chocolate chip cookie dough recipe you like.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, & salt together in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center & add oil, milk & egg; mix until smooth.
Add chocolate chips & cookie dough balls.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form & the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and cook until browned on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
