Clean Chocolate Cupcakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend on high for approx. 2 minutes to form a nice batter.

  3. Fill your cupcake liners ¾ full.

  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15 – 18 minutes. (Check after 15 minutes. The tops should be firmer to the touch, puffed up similar to a soufflé. They may need 18 minutes.)

  5. Let cool on a wire rack.

  6. Store in an airtight container for three days – if they manage to last that long.

  7. Opted to bake six larger cupcakes? Please increase the cooking time to 20 – 25 minutes.
