Smoked Chuck Roast
  1. Preheat smoker to 225°

  2. Coat chuck roast in oil & steak/beef rub of choice

  3. Smoke for 3 hours, flipping chuck roast half way

  4. Preheat crockpot to high

  5. Transfer chuck roast to crock pot with 1-2 cups of broth or stock (just enough to submerge it about half way)

  6. Slow cook on high for 3-4 hours , also flipping half way and serve!
