Line a small sheet pan or tray with parchment paper.
Fill a piping bag or plastic sandwich bag with yogurt and cut a small hole in one corner.
Pipe bite-size blobs of yogurt onto your lined pan, leaving space in between.
Top the yogurt with optional toppings.
Place the pan or tray in your freezer for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
Once frozen, use a spatula or your hands to remove the yogurt bites from the parchment paper.
Store them in a freezer safe bag or container until ready to eat.
