Sausage Stuffed Baked Pasta Shells
  1. Boil the pasta shells for 10 minutes in a large pan of boiling water. Drain and cool under the cold tap.

  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the sausages and break them up into a mince. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 mins until golden.

  3. Pre-heat the oven to 180c fan. Pop the sausages into a mixing bowl and add the ricotta, 1 clove garlic, parmesan and plenty of salt and pepper. Mix well and stuff evenly into the pasta shells.

  4. Tip the passata into a shallow casserole and add the remaining 1 clove of grated garlic and plenty of salt and pepper. Stir together and pop in the shells. Top with the grated cheeses and pop into the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
