Viral Cottage Cheese Toast (easy Sweet & Savory Ideas)

1 slice bread of choice ((I typically use Aldi protein bread or sourdough))

⅓ cup cottage cheese

1 tsp olive oil (optional if not using toaster)

1 tsp crispy chili oil

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp everything seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil (for frying the bread)

½ small garlic clove (minced)

½ cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)

1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp balsamic reduction

1 pinch flaky salt

1 tbsp fig jam

1 tsp toasted pistachios (crushed)

1 tsp honey

1 pinch flaky salt

½ avocado (smeared onto the toast)

¼ tsp lemon zest

1 tsp hot honey

1 clove garlic (rubbed on toast)

5 slices cucumber

2 slices tomato (or more depending on toast size)

1 tbsp pickled red onion

1 wedge lemon (juiced)

¼ tsp fresh dill

1 pinch flaky salt

1 small clementine (segmented)

¼ tsp lemon zest

1 tsp honey

1 tsp toasted coconut flakes

1 pinch flaky salt

1 tbsp strawberry jam (mixed into the cottage cheese)

2 tbsp fresh strawberries (roughly chopped)

1 tbsp granola

¼ cup fresh peaches (diced)

¼ tsp poppy seeds

1 tbsp hot honey (or another sweetener of choice)

Toast or fry bread with olive oil in a small skillet.
Top with cottage cheese.
Add toppings of choice and enjoy right away.
