  1. To make, combine 1 cup plain Greek Stonyfield yogurt with ¼ cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter, and 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.

  2. Portion out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet with a mini ice cream scoop and freeze for at least two hours.

  3. Then, melt ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons coconut oil, and dunk each frozen bite into the chocolate. Flip around to cover with a fork.

  4. The chocolate coating sets instantly, so if you want to add some flakey salt to enhance the flavor for yourself, make sure to do that right away. The yogurt mixture softens a little in this process, so the resulting bite is crisp on the outside and slightly soft in the middle.

  5. Store frozen in an airtight container and let sit at room temp for about 10 minutes to eat from the freezer.
