Firstly fry off your onion, and chorizo.
After a few mins add your garlic and fry for 30 secs.
Then add in your chicken, garlic granules and paprika once your chicken has some colour all over.
Then add in the tomato puree.
Add in your uncooked rice, stir for another minute or so and then add your stock, bring this to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and leave to cook for 15/20 mins. Stir occasionally!
Once the rice is done, stir through some parsley and scatter over the cheese!
