Boil 500 gr of carrots until they are super soft
Remove the water and add 200 gr of dark chocolate chopped
Wait two minutes for the chocolate to melt over the hot carrot
Puree the mixture very well using a hand blender
Pour the mixture into a container covered with parchment paper
Sprinkle with cacao once set
Keep in the fridge 4 hrs until it is set
Cut into cubes before serving
