Brown the ground beef, and add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until the veggies are softened.
Pour in pasta sauce and broth, then season to taste with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Bring to a boil, then stir in uncooked spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every 3 to 5 minutes, especially in the beginning, to prevent pasta clumps.
Stir in cheese and let sit uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes to thicken.
Serve with bread because saucy noodles deserve a vessel.
