Cook noodles as per instructions and put to side
Heat oil in pan and add mince, press flat and leave 3-5 minutes until it crisps, break it up, add spinach and cook for further 2-3 minutes
Stir in paprika, curry powder and garlic for 30 seconds
Add frozen peas
Coat with soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
Add sugar and beansprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add spring onions and noodles and serve
