Layer all ingredients except the bark in a large slow cooker (starting with the peanuts).
Break apart the bark into chunks and place into the slow cooker as the last layer.
Turn the pot on low, cover with the lid, and leave to cook 1 hour.
Remove the lid and stir to combine.
Replace lid and cook another 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn.
Stir again. Spoon mixture in small piles onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
Allow the candy to harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
