Mongolian Beef
  1. Slice your steak into ¼" strips then coat the beef with cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Chopped your green onions. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, combine beef stock, light soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Set aside.

  4. Fry the beef until golden brown for about 4 minutes and set aside.

  5. Add your premixed sauce to the pan, add corn starch and stir to thicken.

  6. Add back your beef and stir until it is evenly coated.

  7. Lastly, add the green onions and give it a final mix. Enjoy!
