Country Gravy Mix
  1. Whisk all ingredients together until well incorporated.

  2. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.

  3. To use: Melt 2 tablespoons of fat (butter, shortening, sausage fat, bacon fat) in a sauce pan, add 3 tablespoons of gravy mix, cook on medium-low heat for 3 minutes (making a roux), then pour in 1 cup water or milk. Whisk and cook until thickened.

  4. This equals 18 store bought packets
