Spicy Potato Dumplings
  1. Peel then boil or steam your potatoes until soft then allow to steam dry and cool before mashing

  2. Mix with the seasonings, salt and water if too dry then knead into a firm dough that is not sticky

  3. Shape into balls then boil until they float, around 5 minutes then remove and place in cold water for extra chew

  4. Mix the sauce then coat the balls with it along with sesame seed, fresh chives and enjoy!
