One-pan Meatball Spaghetti
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan, add meatballs and brown until golden (not cooked through). You can then sauté the onions, or skip straight to the next step.

  2. Push meatballs to the side, add spaghetti and all other ingredients straight into the pan.

  3. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium heat, stirring often so pasta doesn't stick. Keep an eye on liquid and top up with stock/water if needed.

  4. Once pasta and meatballs are cooked through, finish with basil and a grating of cheese.
